Welcome to Unknown Pattern Clothing PAYMENTS, METHODS & TRANSACTIONS POLICY —
operated by Unknown Pattern (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). All references to “we,”
“us,” and “our” refer solely to Unknown Pattern Clothing and its authorized operations.
Let’s get something straight from the start.
Payment is what activates your order.
No payment confirmed = no order, no processing, no stock allocation, no exceptions.
Until money clears, nothing moves.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment channels:
• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express where supported)
• OZOW (Instant EFT via supported banking systems)
• Zapper
• PayJustNow
• PayFlex
• Mobicred
• Manual EFT / Bank Transfer
We reserve the unrestricted right to add, suspend, or remove any payment method at any time
without notice.
This is our system. Not a public service.
CARD PAYMENTS
Card payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
We do NOT store, view, or control your card details at any stage.
Approval or rejection is handled by your bank or payment processor. Not us.
We are not responsible for:
• failed transactions
• declined payments
• authorization issues
• gateway downtime
• banking system delays
Every transaction is automatically screened for fraud risk. If it triggers flags, it can be held,
reversed, or rejected without explanation.
EFT / BANK TRANSFERS
Manual EFT orders only become valid once funds are confirmed as fully cleared in our bank
account.
Proof of payment is NOT payment. It is only a reference document.
We reserve the right to:
• cancel unpaid EFT orders after 48 hours
• reject incorrect, partial, or mismatched payments
• prioritize cleared funds over pending transfers
If the money is not cleared, the order does not exist in our system.
No stock is reserved. No exception.
INSTANT EFT (OZOW)
OZOW processes payments through external banking authentication systems.
Order confirmation only happens after full verification and confirmation of payment.
We are not responsible for:
• bank login failures
• OTP delays or failures
• banking outages
• authentication errors
• delayed settlement into our account
If the banking system fails, that is between you and your bank.
INSTALLMENT PROVIDERS
Services such as PayJustNow, PayFlex, and Mobicred are independent financial institutions.
They control everything:
• approval decisions
• credit limits
• repayment structures
• account management
We do not approve you.
We do not influence eligibility.
We do not control their system.
Orders are only processed once we receive confirmed payment from the provider.
PAYMENT FAILURE & FRAUD CONTROL
We operate with full system control and zero tolerance for irregular activity.
We reserve the absolute right to:
• cancel suspicious orders
• hold transactions for verification
• request identity or payment confirmation
• refuse or reverse flagged transactions
Repeated failed attempts, suspicious behaviour, or payment manipulation can result in
permanent restriction from purchasing.
No debate. No reinstatement guarantee.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Any fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive chargeback after order fulfilment is treated as a direct
breach of transaction agreement.
We reserve the right to:
• submit full transaction evidence to banks and processors
• dispute every false or abusive claim
• flag associated accounts permanently
• block future access to our store
You don’t take goods and then reverse payment without consequences.
PRICING & FINAL AUTHORITY
The final price displayed at checkout at the exact moment of payment confirmation is the binding
price.
We are not responsible for:
• third-party pricing errors
• outdated listings
• promotional timing inconsistencies
Final checkout = final price. Nothing else matters.
TRANSACTION STATUS
An order is only considered active when ALL of the following are true:
• payment has been successfully received
• funds have fully cleared in our account (where applicable)
• transaction is verified and approved by our system
Before that point:
• no order exists
• no stock is reserved
• no fulfilment obligation applies
PROOF OF PAYMENT VERIFICATION
Proof of payment may be submitted by customers for EFT transactions.
However, no support, order activation, or processing will take place until the proof of payment
has been successfully verified and matched against cleared funds in our banking system.
Verification comes first. Everything else comes after.
